The Laureus Sport for Good Foundation’s Goodwill Tour is about spreading happiness and fun, and giving back to the community.
This was illustrated during a joyous visit to Isaac Booi Primary in Gqeberha – in a collaboration between Brightrock and Laureus-supported United Through Sport. The school received a generous book donation for their literacy centre, while indigenous trees were planted along the edge of the school’s sport’s field.
It was also an exciting day for the Isaac Booi learners, who got to interact with Laureus SA Ambassadors, Maps Maponyane, Cecil Afrika and Natalie du Toit. What a great reminder that sport continues to uplift, encourage and inspire the youth!
